West Virginia (6-5, 3-5) snapped a five game losing streak to become bowl eligible in a hard-fought 31-24 victory on the road over Iowa State (6-6, 3-6) Saturday and here are WVSports.com's five keys to the Mountaineers sixth victory of the season.

5. Tyler Bitancurt. Although he had one field goal clink off the goal post, the senior kicker was able to connect on three of his four attempts in less than ideal conditions. All of those points proved crucial as the Mountaineers were able to secure their sixth win of the season.
