Saturday's matchup with Kansas will mark the final time 22 seniors for West Virginia will take to the field inside Milan Puskar Stadium and for many it's a time to reflect on their careers in gold and blue.

It's a group that's won Big East Championships, won BCS games and set numerous school records, and while this season hasn't went according to plan, the seniors haven't let that dampen their final game in front of their home crowd.

Running back Shawne Alston has battled a number of injuries throughout his career and Saturday is a day that at times he thought would never be possible as he recovered from a neck injury and a nagging thigh bruise earlier this season that cost him the majority of the year.
