Juwan Staten didn't play in last season's Capital Classic due to NCAA transfer rules but he got an idea of what to expect after watching the Mountaineers defeat Marshall. And Wednesday night, the sophomore got his own first-hand taste of the series.

Staten was involved in the scuffle with 1:37 remaining where he appeared to get tangled with Marshall's Robert Goff, which eventually led to Goff along with four Mountaineers being ejected from the game.
