his way, what are the biggest differences between how he handles the process
versus how past staffs handled the process? I am interested to know differences
in strategy and implementation?

color:#222222">I honestly haven't seen a big difference between the two staffs
recruiting efforts. Of course it's not as if this staff has had many seasons to
develop a long term strategy of recruiting that you see with a staff that has
been in place for many seasons. We also aren't hearing anything from recruits
to make us believe that this staff is saying or doing anything different that
the previous ones.
