Monessen (Pa.) is not only the home to 2013 quarterback commitment Chavas Rawlins, but also his brother 2014 linebacker prospect Justice Rawlins that is a very talented prospect in his own right. And the junior caught up with WVSports.com to provide an update on his recruitment and plans moving forward.

Rawlins, 6-foot-1, 220-pounds, has been to West Virginia on a number of occasions with his brother and like Chavas, the younger Rawlins is interested in the Mountaineers football program. However, the Mountaineers have yet to extend an offer to the junior.
