Bailey talks career, future
If there was one bright spot for the West Virginia offense during its dark afternoon against Syracuse in the Bronx it was redshirt junior wide receiver Stedman Bailey.
Bailey added to an already historic season with yet another 100-yard game and two scores, giving him a school record 25-touchdown catches for the season. But Saturday was the final game for Bailey in a Mountaineer uniform as he will forego his senior season to enter the NFL draft.
"It's meant a lot. I enjoyed every experience that I was able to come across every opportunity every door that was opened for me. The whole locker room, all those guys mean a whole lot to me," he said. "I feel like all those guys are my brothers forever and I've created relationships with tons of people in Morgantown and West Virginia period that I'll never forget."
