Rutledge looks for team to bounce back





It was a hectic conclusion to an otherwise solid game for the West Virginia Mountaineers.

After playing arguably their best basketball this season, hanging close and swapping the lead throughout the second half with the 18-ranked Kansas State Wildcats, an errant pass with seconds left on the clock broke up the Mountaineer's chances of hitting a game-winning shot.

The result - Kansas State 65, West Virginia 64, giving the Mountaineers their seventh loss of the still young season.
