How will the three new hires impact this class or will they?

I think you're going to see most of the work from the hires pay off in 2014, but there will be some impact down the stretch in this cycle. The level of that impact is going to be dictated by a number of things. All three prospective coaches are known to be great coaches and especially relationship builders, but with time ticking on the 2013 cycle, they will need to work fast.

I think it the impact obviously will be greater felt if West Virginia elects to pursue any of the targets that any of the three recruited at previous stops, but having them on the road in prospect's houses or on campus during official visits will pay dividends as well on attempting to seal the deal for those players considering West Virginia.
