If one had to choose a single word to describe the 2012-2013 West Virginia basketball season at this point, a leading candidate would likely be "inconsistency."

At points throughout the year, the Mountaineers appear to have that same swagger that has driven previous Bob Huggins-coached squads to great success. However, for every positive moment there have been just as many, or even more, devastating blows that have players, coaches and fans looking for an answer.
