They say championships are not won in December but rather in the spring and summer. For the future of West Virginia football the first day to that drive for championships started Wednesday, National Signing Day. It's not the fact that you can load up on prospects with high rankings from recruiting services but rather finding quality athletes that fill the needs of that particular class. In years past you'd see West Virginia staffs attempt to do just that but the biggest hurdles was finishing the class strong with needs.
