At West Virginia, Stedman Bailey caught 114 passes for 1622 yards and an NCAA high, 25 touchdowns, during the 2012 college football season. Bailey finished the year a Biletnikoff Finalist, finding himself as an All-American. Even with all that NFL scouts and decision makers have their doubts about an undersized Bailey.
