BE official: procedures followed

MORGANTOWN--The best news out of Morgantown today is that Jarrett Brown is Jarrett Brown again. "I saw that spark in his eye," said head coach Bill Stewart of West Virginia. Stewart was in the ear of an official when Brown was knocked to the Nippert Stadium turf for what the coach thought was head-on-head contact, a penalty.[more]
