Geno wraps up spring, prepares for summer

With the transition to a new conference and soaring expectations, the eyes of the college football world will be squarely on Morgantown this fall. But for Geno Smith, there is always room for improvement.

By leading the Mountaineers' to a dominating Orange Bowl victory in 2012, the senior quarterback has become a legitimate contender for the Heisman in the eyes of many pundits in the media. However, improvement in the spring is the key to success in the fall in Smith's mind.

Throughout the spring, Smith has been working on a quick release. It's something the quarterback believes will really work to improve his game once the season commences.
