Following the Future: Week 1

Throughout the fall, will take an extensive look at how the current WVU commits fare week to week throughout their senior football seasons. Here's how some did during their first week of the season:

David Sills QB - Eastern Christian Academy (1-0)

In a thrilling game that ended in overtime, Elkton (Md.) Eastern Christian Academy quarterback David Sills and his fellow Honey Badgers defeated South Carolina powerhouse Spartansburg High School 58-56. Sills had a big game highlighted by the winning, rushing touchdown in overtime. Sills totaled five touchdown, two in the air, three on the ground. The Mountaineer commit reported had over 200 yards rushing and 60 plus yards rushing.

Next Week: 8/29 (Friday) @ Trinity 0-0 (Euless, TX)

WVSports Fun Facts: ECA will start an extremely difficult three game run in Texas that will match them up with Trinity, DeSoto and Coppell.
