Nearing the end for Blackmon

Ardmore (OK) receiver Justin Blackmon and his teammates have been focusing on their season heavily in the past few weeks. After a victory last week, Blackmon said they are one game away from their ultimate goal for the season.

Being so close to the championship has been one of Blackmon's biggest goals of the year. Not only would the journey to the state title be an incredible accomplishment this year, but Blackmon added that it would mean a lot to have the greatest season in school history.

Blackmon said that over the past few weeks, the season has been first and foremost on his mind, but that doesn't mean he hasn't forgotten about the schools after him. He said that he has been trying to continue to get to know the coaches.

Blackmon said that over the past few weeks, he has tried to catch Missouri's game's as much as he can, but with many of his games overlapping when the Tigers have played, it's been tough. Blackmon added that he's been happy to see the Tigers keep winning.

In the past few weeks, Blackmon has been working with Missouri to set up his official visit. He said that with the season going on, it would be hard to visit. However, with the end of the season near, he thought his visit would be coming soon.

Although he's currently focused on his season, Blackmon said that he was looking forward to this weekend's game for the Tigers. He said that he knew it would be a close game, but he thought the Tigers would prevail in the end.
