Cincinnati (Oh.) Moeller 2022 guard Evan Mahaffey has some ties to the West Virginia basketball program.

The 6-foot-6, 185-pounder, has built a bond with another former Moeller product in Miles McBride. A bond that was strengthened over the summer when the West Virginia point guard was back home.
