West Virginia offensive coordinator Graham Harrell is going to be primarily assigned to recruiting the quarterback position for the Mountaineers moving forward.

But Harrell tends to focus on some other key factors outside the realm of physical attributes in that pursuit. While some place a strong emphasis on build, for Harrell there are other non-negotiables.
