West Virginia Sports Dot Com Senior Writer Jim Laise will appear with John "The Freak" Renshaw tonight at 11 Eastern on Renshaw's program on Sports Talk 980 emanating from Kansas City. Renshaw was a WVU history major in the late 1980s and cooked at the High Street Boston Beanery. He ran sports talk programming in Los Angeles before arriving in Kansas City.

Renshaw's fondest memory was watching Major Harris lead the Mountaineers to the national championship game during 1988 season. Laise's fondest memory was coming to WVSports.com with publisher Vernon Bailey and managing editor Matt Brann. He attended WVU in the 1970s, before working for major dailies in the South and then teaching at a Cow College located near Washington, D.C.
