Owensboro (Ky.) Daviess County quarterback Joe Humphreys had taken a virtual visit to West Virginia but was able to see it in person when he came for a camp stop June 1.

Humphreys, 6-foot-1, 190-pounds, was able to throw in front of the coaching staff after being in communication with quarterbacks coach Sean Reagan and offensive recruiting coordinator Scott Gasper over the last couple months.
