With the NFL regular season wrapping up, seven former Mountaineers have officially begun preparations for the postseason.

Philadelphia Eagles (13-3) rookie cornerback Rasul Douglas played all 68 defensive snaps during the team’s 6-0 loss to the Dallas Cowboys and finished the game with four tackles. Eagles linebacker Najee Goode played 59 snaps on defense and 17 on special teams, racking up five tackles in the loss.

Eagles wide receiver Shelton Gibson played 13 snaps on offense and 12 on special teams and caught his first two NFL passes for 11 yards. Eagles running back Wendell Smallwood was active for the first time in six games and played 22 snaps on offense. Smallwood finished with six rushing yards on four carries, 24 receiving yards on three catches and one tackle.

Philadelphia also earned the No. 1 seed last week and will have a first round bye for the playoffs.

Carolina Panthers (11-5) cornerback Daryl Worley played 66 of the defense’s 72 snaps and totaled seven tackles including two tackles for loss during the team’s 22-10 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Worley and the Panthers will face the New Orleans Saints in the Wild Card round Sunday at 4:40 p.m. on FOX.

After not recording a statistic last week, Los Angeles Rams (11-5) wide receiver Tavon Austin rushed for 24 yards on four carries and caught three of his five targets for 14 yards during a 34-13 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Austin and the Rams will host the Falcons in the Wild Card Saturday at 8:15 p.m. on NBC.

Tennessee Titans (9-7) offensive guard Quinton Spain started his 14th game of the season and seventh straight since coming back from his turf toe injury and helped the team clinch a playoff berth with a 15-10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Spain later celebrated the win and New Year’s Eve by proposing to his girlfriend.

The Titans will face the Kansas City Chiefs on the road in the Wild Card round Saturday at 4:20 p.m. on ESPN.

Oakland Raiders (6-10) linebacker Bruce Irvin played 49 snaps during Sunday’s 30-10 loss to the San Diego Chargers and recorded four tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and 0.5 sacks. Irvin finishes his sixth NFL season with 58 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, eight sacks and three pass deflections.

Raiders safety Karl Joseph played 43 snaps and came up with one tackle during the loss, but suffered a hamstring injury in the first half and didn't return. He finishes his second NFL season with 79 tackles to go along with one sack, a forced fumble and an interception.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-11) running back Charles Sims carried the ball once for six yards and didn’t catch a single pass despite being targeted once during the team’s 31-24 win over the New Orleans Saints. Sims finishes his fourth NFL season with 95 rushing yards on 21 carries, 249 receiving yards on 35 receptions for one touchdown and one fumble.

Buccaneers safety Keith Tandy racked up six tackles in the win, bringing his season total to 26 and defensive lineman Will Clarke made one tackle, finishing the season with 15 tackles, 2.5 sacks and one pass deflection.

Chicago Bears (5-11) linebacker Nick Kwiatkoski played 60 of the team’s 75 defensive snaps along with seven snaps on special teams and racked up 10 combined tackles in a 23-10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Kwiatkoski finishes his second NFL season with 49 total tackles, two sacks, two pass deflections and a forced fumble.

Detroit Lions (9-7) offensive guard Don Barclay was placed on injured reserve last week and missed the team’s 35-11 win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday after suffering a concussion last week against the Cincinnati Bengals. Since being signed by the Lions on Oct. 31 after being released by the Packers, Barclay appeared in three games and started one.

Seattle Seahawks (9-7) linebacker Terence Garvin made one tackle, but left during Sunday’s 26-24 loss to the Arizona Cardinals with a concussion. Garvin finishes his fifth NFL season with 25 tackles, two forced fumbles and one pass deflection.

Indianapolis Colts (4-12) offensive lineman Mark Glowinski was inactive for the second straight game since being claimed off waivers by the team, missing Sunday’s 22-13 win over the Houston Texans in the regular-season finale.
