The Mountaineers join Louisville, Oklahoma State, Creighton, Rutgers and Colorado as the options for the 6-foot-4, 190-pound guard with several of those set to receive official visits in the coming weeks.

The versatile guard received a number of other scholarship offers but that group stuck out above the rest.

Odih is being recruited by assistant Tom Ostrom from West Virginia and he is set to take an official visit to campus August 30 in order to see what the program has to offer. The Mountaineers are relatively new to the picture jumping in with a scholarship offer July 24, but has quickly made up ground.

“I like the fan base. I also I like how the school is a little isolated so I can be focused,” he said.

Following that trip, he has other official visits set to Creighton on Sept. 13, Colorado on Sept. 21, and Rutgers on Sept. 27 in order to see those programs as well.

Odih is an athletic guard who has plus size and versatility at the position. He is able to score around the rim and is strong at finishing with his athleticism. The 2025 prospect has shown the ability to score off the dribble and has a college-ready frame and physicality.

Odih also has a strong presence on the defensive end of the floor and uses his length effectively.
