Towson (Md.) Calvert Hall 2026 athlete Chris Hewitt has been interested in West Virginia for a while.

Hewitt, 5-foot-11, 160-pounds, has followed the Mountaineers in large part because of the success of a former Maryland product in Tavon Austin.
