Warminster (Pa.) Archbishop Wood Catholic defensive end Robert Jackson didn’t see an offer from West Virginia coming but that’s exactly what happened.

Jackson, 6-foot-6, 245-pounds, had just started talking to West Virginia but the Mountaineers became the latest in a string of programs to extend a scholarship offer.

Among those are Nebraska, Virginia Tech, Arizona State, Iowa State, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Rutgers and Boston College from the power five level.
