Atmosphere impresses legacy DL prospect Thornton
As his last name should suggest, Cincinnati (Oh.) Indian Hill 2019 defensive end Jalen Thornton has some rather obvious connections to the West Virginia football program.
The son of former defensive lineman John, who suited up for the Mountaineers between 1995-98, Thornton has been around the program for some time.
Last time he was on campus over the summer, the Big 12 Conference program became one of the first programs to offer Thornton but this time might have been even more exciting as he was witness to the 18-point comeback win over Texas Tech.
