Alpharetta (Ga.) offensive lineman Oyenmwen Uzebu had been interested in West Virginia since the program first extended a scholarship offer, but after seeing it for himself decided enough was enough by ending the process and committing to the Mountaineers.

Uzebu, 6-foot-6, 290-pounds, chose the Mountaineers over almost 25 other scholarship offers but had named a top five that also included Maryland, N.C. State, Syracuse and South Florida. The Rivals.com three-star prospect picked up an offer from the Mountaineers during the spring and was immediately interested in the program but originally cast his lot with Minnesota before backing off that.

Upon opening his recruitment, the Mountaineers quickly emerged as one of the clear cut favorites in the process and his visit to Morgantown served as the icing on the cake.
