West Virginia becomes first power five offer for 2024 in-state guard Young
Morgantown (W.Va.) 2024 guard Sharron Young barely could believe it when he picked up the phone.
That’s because on the other end was none other than Hall of Famer Bob Huggins.
And it was then that the veteran head coach gave him the good news that West Virginia was prepared to become the first power five program to offer the local product a scholarship.
