St. Martinsville (La.) 2023 wide receiver Harvey Broussard has all the qualities that college coaches look for in a pass catcher at the highest level of football.

Broussard, 6-foot-4, 175-pounds, obviously has the frame but the athleticism to go along with it which has drawn scholarship offers from a host of programs.
