Martinsburg (W.Va.) 2019 linebacker Dewayne Grantham picked up an offer from West Virginia on his previous trip to Morgantown, but this most recent stop was his best to date.

Grantham, 6-foot-1, 195-pounds, was on campus in June for the annual 7-on-7 tournament when he was informed afterwards that the Mountaineers were extending him a scholarship but this trip for the Showtime Event afforded him the opportunity to spend more time with the coaches.

That stuck out to the talented in-state underclassman.
