Norcross (Ga.) Meadowcreek 2023 running back Jordan Louie wasn’t necessarily expecting an offer from West Virginia but that didn’t make it any less exciting.

Louie, 6-foot-0, 200-pounds, had only been talking to the Mountaineers for a little while but things led to a scholarship offer which obviously had his attention.
