Fairmont (W.Va.) Fairmont Senior defensive lineman Dante Stills has been the priority target for West Virginia not only on the defensive front but in the entire class, and the coaches have landed their man.
Stills, 6-foot-4, 265-pounds, had narrowed his choices down to West Virginia, Florida and Oklahoma earlier in the process but ultimately elected to stay home and play for a program where he has strong ties. The son of former Mountaineers pass-rushing legend Gary and brother of current defensive lineman Darius, the youngest Stills has grown up around the West Virginia football program.
The Rivals.com four-star prospect received his first offer from West Virginia during the summer of his sophomore season in high school and the Mountaineers pursued aggressively throughout the course of the process.
