Batavia (Ill.) linebacker Michael Jansey already held West Virginia as one of the top programs in his recruitment but that spot was solidified after a strong unofficial visit to campus Wednesday.

Jansey, 6-foot-2, 210-pounds, flew into Pittsburgh Tuesday night and was able to spend the entire following day getting a complete tour of the campus and facilities in Morgantown as well as sit down with each individual coach and discuss how he’d fit into the program.

It’s safe to say he left highly impressed.
