Biloxi (Miss.) athlete Elijah Sabbatini had been in contact with West Virginia for a little over a month but now holds an offer from the Mountaineers.

Sabbatini, 6-foot-1, 195-pounds, had been primarily in contact with defensive line coach Jordan Lesley and that led to the two speaking on the phone about where he was at in the process.
