West Virginia has added a familiar face back into the football program with VMI wide receivers coach Bilal Marshall has taken the same post in Morgantown.
It’s a reunion for the two considering Marshall served as a graduate assistant for the Mountaineers for two seasons and was highly regarded in that role on multiple fronts.
