Freshman wide receiver Reggie Roberson has announced his intentions to transfer.

Roberson spent last season with the West Virginia football program seeing the field as a true freshman hauling in six passes for 30 yards and a touchdown.

The former Rivals.com three-star prospect committed to the Mountaineers offer fellow finalist Utah in the class of 2017 and now will be looking for a new home with three years of eligibility as well as a redshirt year intact at his next stop.

The departure of Roberson leaves West Virginia with 10 scholarship wide receivers.
