West Virginia has been in contact with four-star 2019 safety Moses Douglass for some time now but earlier today the Mountaineer staff visited his Springfield (Oh.) High School and confirmed that he had a full scholarship offer. While the offer didn't come as a surprise it was still one that excited Douglass.
