2023 OL Surber enjoys West Virginia junior day stop
Nokesville (Va.) Patriot 2023 offensive lineman Cole Surber has been in contact with West Virginia since Sept. 1 but was on campus for the junior day event and left with a big surprise.
That of course being a scholarship offer after Surber spent the day in Morgantown.
