Perkinston (Miss.) Gulf Coast C.C. cornerback JaDarrius Perkins signed with Southern Mississippi out of high school in the 2019 class but now with a second chance at the process he is attracting a lot of interest from power five schools.

One of those that has offered is West Virginia after the Mountaineers moved into the picture following a conversation with cornerbacks coach Jahmile Addae and defensive line coach Jordan Lesley.
