West Virginia is in the picture for Athens (Tx.) Trinity Valley C.C. safety Greg Eisworth but if the Mountaineers want to land his services the program has some catching up to do.

Eisworth, 6-foot, 195-pounds, originally signed with Ole Miss out of high school and enrolled in January to start his career.

However, an injury sidelined him throughout his first season and he left the program in order to look for a new opportunity. Instead of transferring to another FBS program, the safety chose to take the junior college route and is now attracting offers from power five programs.
