Nokesville (Va.) Patriot 2023 offensive lineman Cole Surber had visited West Virginia previously but his trip for spring practice served as a refresher course on the program.

Surber, 6-foot-6, 275-pounds, made the trek to Morgantown to get a look at how the coaching staff structures a practice as well as spend more time around them.
