Neal Brown was looking forward to how his West Virginia football team prepared this week against Baylor and for good reason.

The Mountaineers couldn’t get out of their own way against Oklahoma State racking up 106 penalty yards along with a series of other gaffes and self-inflicted errors in the 27-13 loss. That’s not to say the Cowboys didn’t deserve to win the game, but West Virginia certainly didn’t help its cause.
