Chicago Bears - FS Ryan Mundy
The Bears wrapped up a dreadful season with a 5-11 record after falling to Minnesota 13-9 on Sunday afternoon. Ryan Mundy led the Bears with 11 tackles.

Cincinnati Bengals - DE Will Clarke & CB Adam Jones
Adam Jones made a tackle and also had five kick returns for a total of 114 yards for the Bengals on Sunday Night in a losing effort against the Steelers.
JONES SEASON STATS: 57 tackles, 2 interception, 6 pass breakup, 21 kick returns for 453 yards, 17 punt returns for 262 yards
CLARKE SEASON STATS: 3 tackles, 1 fumble recovery
Green Bay Packers - OT Don Barclay
Don Barclay is on the injured reserve after suffering from an ACL tear during training camp.
Indianapolis Colts - P/KOS Pat McAfee
The Colts are the AFC South Champions after finishing the year 11-5. The Colts won their regular season finale 27-10 over Tennessee. McAfee punted five times and had three of his punts land inside the Titans' 20-yard line.
MCAFEE SEASON STATS: 69 punts, 30 punts inside the 20, long punt of 61 yards, 3 onside kick conversions
Jacksonville Jaguars - LB JT Thomas
JT Thomas wrapped up solid season by making eight tackles and a tackle for loss in Jacksonville's loss to Houston on Sunday. Thomas made many plays for Jacksonville when he stepped in as a starter midway through the year. Jacksonville finished the season at 3-13.
THOMAS SEASON STATS: 84 tackles, 2 INTs, 2 FFs, 1 FR, 1 TD
New York Jets - QB Geno Smith
Geno Smith played his best game of his young NFL career in the Jets' 37-24 win at Miami inside Sun Life Stadium. Smith has played well in Sun Life Stadium before when West Virginia won there in the 2012 Orange Bowl and when he beat Miami there last season too. Smith threw for 358 yards and 3 touchdowns in the win over the Dolphins.
SMITH SEASON STATS: 219/367 for 2515 yards, 12 TDs, 12 INTs, 55 carries for 225 yards & TD.
Philadelphia Eagles - LB Najee Goode
Najee Goode was injured in week one and is out for the rest of the season with a torn pectoral muscle.
Pittsburgh Steelers - LB Terence Garvin & FB Will Johnson
Will Johnson made one catch for 11 yards in the Steelers division clinching win over Cincinnati on Sunday night. Garvin made three tackles.

JOHNSON SEASON STATS: 6 catches, 41 yards
Seattle Seahawks - DE Bruce Irvin
Bruce Irvin had quite a Sunday afternoon in the Seahawks rout of the Rams. Irvin filled up the stat sheet with an interception returned for a touchdown, five tackles and a sack. Seattle will also have a first round BYE.
IRVIN SEASON STATS: 34 tackles, 6 sacks, 6 TFLs, 10 QBHs, 2 INTs, 2 TDs
St. Louis Rams - WR Tavon Austin & WR Stedman Bailey
The Rams offense sputtered against a good Seattle defense. Tavon Austin had two catches for 13 yards and Baily had one catch for 17 yards.
AUSTIN SEASON STATS: 31 catches for 242 yards, 36 carries for 225 yards & 2 TDs, 35 punt returns for 371 yards & TD
BAILEY SEASON STATS: 30 catches for 435 yards & TD, 1 punt return for 88 yards & a TD
Tampa Bay Buccaneers - S Keith Tandy & RB Charles Sims
Tampa Bay secured the first pick in 2015 Draft by falling 23-20 to the Saints on Sunday. Tampa finished the year just 2-14, but both Keith Tandy and Charles Sims ended the season on personal high notes. Tandy intercepted Saints quarterback Drew Brees and Sims scored the first touchdown of his career.
SIMS SEASON STATS: 63 carries for 185 yards & TD, 7 catches for 188 yards
TANDY SEASON STATS: 7 tackles, 1 INT
Washington Redskins - DT Chris Neild
Chris Neild is back on the injured reserve after suffering from a knee injury during training camp.
