Baltimore (Md.) St. Frances defensive end Brian Simms had already collected several scholarship offers but recently added West Virginia to that growing list.

Simms, 6-foot-4, 240-pounds, already had collected offers from Mississippi, Penn State and Boston College from the power five level but the Mountaineers became the latest to join the fray.
