Milledgeville (Ga.) Baldwin 2024 running back Micah Welch has been in contact with West Virginia for quite some time but now holds a scholarship offer.

And a visit is now on deck.

Welch, 5-foot-9, 195-pounds, started speaking with running backs coach Chad Scott Sept. 1 and things continued to progress until the program jumped into the mix with an offer.
