Xavier Dye wasn’t necessarily looking for a job, but he always has been looking to work.

That was big part of what set him apart during his time as a graduate assistant at Clemson. When in that position there is no such thing as a job too big or too small in the grand scheme of trying to make it in that role.

“If they asked me, I was doing it,” he said.
