Beckley Prep 2023 forward James Okonkwo is only beginning to scratch the surface of what he could be on the college level which makes West Virginia’s ability to lock him up this early even more impressive.

Okonkwo, 6-foot-9, 230-pounds, received an offer from West Virginia in April and those connections led to him pulling the trigger much earlier than anybody would have initially expected.
