West Virginia isn’t going to make any decisions on personnel until fall camp formally closes Aug. 24.

But there have been some already made.

The Mountaineers coaching staff will treat the next two scrimmage-like situations and the rest of the practices in order to cut down the list of players that are going to start, be in the two-deep, contribute on special teams, newcomers that could play and those that will be sent to the developmental program.
