Ocala (Fla.) West Port athlete Quitman Kincaid hasn’t been recruited by West Virginia all that long but there’s a lot about the program that has his attention.

Kincaid, 6-foot-1, 215-pounds, is listed as a safety but the bulk of programs see his skill set translating more as a linebacker at the next level including the Mountaineers.
