Dallas (Ga.) East Paulding running back Justin Williams has been right at the top of the West Virginia position board since first receiving an offer in January.
Williams, 5-foot-11, 203-pounds, isn’t claiming any favorites at this junction but has booked official visits to Nebraska June 4-6, West Virginia June 11-13, Louisville June 18-20.
