Matthews (N.C.) Butler offensive lineman Anthony Carter had a feeling his time could be on the horizon when it comes to the recruiting process but he’s still been surprised by how fast it’s all happened.

Carter, 6-foot-4, 296-pounds, has added scholarship offers from schools such as West Virginia, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Louisville, Illinois, Duke and several others with each of those programs impressed with many of the same things.
