Signing period closed, but still climbing left for West Virginia football
West Virginia took a significant step in the climb with the early signing period.
The Mountaineers signed 18 players in the first full class under head coach Neal Brown addressing plenty of needs in the process. The program needed offensive linemen and defensive backs and signed a total of eight between the two spots in the class.
“We closed strong down the stretch,” Brown said.
